INGREDIENTS:
  • 1/2 cup raw cacao butter
  • 1 tbs cashew butter
  • 1 tsp raw vanilla extract
  • 1/4 cup maple syrup
  • 2 tbs coconut flour
  • dried, freeze-dried fruit or fruit powders (to decorate)
INSTRUCTIONS:
  1. Line a baking tray with baking paper. Melt all ingredients over a low heat until smooth. Blitz mixture with a small blender or stick mixture until smooth
  2. Spread mixture over the baking paper about 5mm thick. Sprinkle dried or freeze-dried fruits.
  3. Refrigerate until firm. Break into pieces
