1very smallgarlic clove(very finely chopped or crushed)
3tbsfresh parsley(or any other fresh herb, very finely chopped)
Rinse potato under water to remove starch, thoroughly squeeze out any excess water. Combine the potato and all other ingredients in a bowl, stirring to combine.
Heat up a waffle iron and ladle heaped spoonfuls into the iron (keep heaped, do not spread out). Press the waffle iron together to sandwich and cook the hash brown until golden and crispy (about 6-8 minutes).
