Very Simple Pear & Plum Crumble [Vegan, Gluten-Free & No Refined Sugars]

3cupsfirm ripe pears(peeled, core removed and 1cm diced - about 2 very large pears)
1 1/2 cupsplums(stone removed, 1cm diced - about 3 plums)
1cupuncontaminated oats - for gluten-free
1/4cupbutter(softened, can substitute for vegan butter)
1/4cupraw sugar(any unrefined raw sugar you like, I used turbinado)
Toss pears, plums and juices together in a bowl and leave to sit in the fridge for about 30-40 minutes, giving the mix a stir at about 15 minutes (so the fruit is all mixed with the acidic citrus juices to release their natural sugars)
Preheat an oven to 180C and get a small oven-pie dish ready (about 15cm x 20cm)
Mix all the crumble ingredients together until you can crumble the mix into chunks.
Drain the fruit of any excess juices and place in a pie dish. Top with the crumble and bake for about 40-45 minutes or until the top is a dark golden brown and crispy.
