INGREDIENTS:

  • 1 glassful non-dairy milk (I use almond-coconut milk)
  • 3 large dried medjool dates (pitted and soaked until soft)
  • 2 tsp dried inca berries (optional - soaked in boiling water until soft)
  • 1/2 tsp maca powder
  • 1/2 tsp lucuma powder
  • 1/2 tsp mesquite powder
  • dash vanilla extract
INSTRUCTIONS:
  1. Blend all ingredients in a high powdered blender until smooth.
