INGREDIENTS:

  • 2 1/2 cups vegan milk chocolate (roughly chopped)
  • 2 tbs malt extract
  • 2 tbs maple syrup
  • 2/3 cup roasted or scorched almonds
  • 2/3 cup dark chocolate chips
  • 1 cup vegan marshmallows
  • 1 cup cereal cocoa puffs
  • 2/3 cup vegan disgetive biscuits (slightly crushed - I used Arnotts Nice, you can use gluten-free if you prefer)
  • 1/2 cup pecans
INSTRUCTIONS:
  1. Line a small brownie tin with baking paper.
  2. Melt malt extract, maple syrup and vegan milk chocolate in 10 second bursts in the microwave (stirring until just melted).
  3. Mix the remaining ingredients with the melted malt chocolate. Place into the brownie tin. Refridgerate for at least an hour before cutting.
