INGREDIENTS:

  • Raspberry-Chocolate
  • 1 cup sweetened non-dairy milk
  • 1/3 cup frozen raspberries
  • 2 tbs dark chocolate
  • 2 tbs raspberry jam
  • To serve
  • few spoons chilled thick coconut cream (optional)
  • fresh raspberries (optional)
  • Grated dark chocolate (optional)
INSTRUCTIONS:
  1. Place all the Raspberry-Chocolate ingredients in a small non-stick saucepan and stir over a medium heat until the dark chocolate has melted and the raspberries are thawed.
  2. Bring the mixture to a simmer then turn off and strain through a sieve into a mug.
  3. Serve with a scoop of thick coconut cream, fresh raspberries and/or grated chocolate.
