This juice sweetened with orange juice and mango with hidden pumpkin, carrot & tumeric is a great cold and flu crusher! High in vitamin A, vitamin C, magnesium and flavonoid polyphenolic antioxidants. You will need a cold-pressed juicer for this recipe.


  • 1 large orange (juiced separately)
  • 1 cm ginger piece (or less if you prefer, peeled, chopped)
  • 1 large mango (cubed)
  • 1/2 cup raw pumpkin (skinned and chopped)
  • 2 small carrots (peeled and chopped)
  • 0.5 cm fresh tumeric (or 1/4 tsp tumeric - optional)
  1. Place all ingredients (except the already juiced orange, or powdered tumeric if using) into a cold pressed juicer. Stir in powdered tumeric (if using) until combined.
  2. Top juice with 1/4 cup chilled water and some ice if desired.
