You can increase or decrease how many you want to make, just keeping in mind the more powders you add, the softer the texture. Conversely the more cacao butter you add, the harder the fudge. Silicone chocolate moulds come in handy for this recipe.

INGREDIENTS:
small chocolates
  • 1/4 cup raw cacao butter (melted)
  • 1/4 cup nut butter (almond and/or cashew work well here)
  • 1/4 cup sweetened vanilla protein powder (vegan and or raw - if desired)
  • Optional
  • 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
  • tiniest pinch fine sea salt
  • 1/2 tbs liquid sweetener (ie. rice malt syrup, maple syrup)
INSTRUCTIONS:
  1. Mix all ingredients together and pour into whatever moulds you wish (i.e: lined brownie tin, silicone moulds, chocolate tray). Refrigerate until firm.
