You can increase or decrease how many you want to make, just keeping in mind the more powders you add, the softer the texture. Conversely the more cacao butter you add, the harder the fudge. Silicone moulds come in handy for this recipe.

INGREDIENTS:
small pieces
  • 2 tbs raw cacao powder
  • 2 tbs vegan chocolate protein powder
  • 2 tbs nut butter (Hazlenut works well)
  • pinch of sea salt
  • 2 tbs coconut oil
  • 2 tbs cacao butter
  • 1/2 tbs rice malt syrup (or honey - if not vegan...sweetener optional)
INSTRUCTIONS:
  1. Mix all ingredients together and carefully spoon into whatever moulds you wish (i.e: lined brownie tin, silicone chocolate moulds, chocolate tray). Refrigerate until firm.
